A Story Of Two Engineer's Road Trip To Marriage Land

The very beautiful Kavya tells us about how she planned her wedding.I am Kavya Krishnan a software engineer working with Cognizant. My husband's name is Rahul Ravichandar who is an electrical engineer working in Qatar. We both met via mutual friends. 

My makeup artist was Shafeena. She is a Celebrity makeup artist from Kochi. 

My thaali kettu/muhurtham took place in Guruvayoor and the saree and blouse were designed by me and my aunt. I bought my wedding saree from Radhakrishna, Hyderabad. The maggam work was done by my own store - K's Couture. It's a small start up we own. 

The saree from my in laws was from Jayalakshmi, Trivandrum. 

The maggam work done on the blouse my in-laws gave me was by Aham. 

My husband's kurthas were from Manyavar, Kochi. 

My photography was done by SDS studio. The owner is a very very close friend of mine. They beautifully captured each and every moment of my wedding even though there was a lot time pressure because we had to travel around a lot that day. 

Our wedding was in Guruvayoor after which we went to Kochi for the rest of the functions. From there we had to travel all the way to Trivandrum to my husband’s place.
