A Classy Wedding Of A Sassy Couple

A Classy Wedding Of A Sassy Couple

A pretty and a sassy couple who got to take their wedding vows with the blessings of their friends and family alike are Sabi and Jibin. Sabi takes us through her wedding journey ad we can't wait to let you all know about this glitzy affair.

"Jibin and I are from Dubai. We both are raised here and did our schooling too. I was working after my post graduation and both our parents have been good friends for a while. They brought forward this alliance.

Jibin, after his graduation joined his father in business and after our marriage, I too started working with Jibin.

We had attended several bridal shows in Dubai and at one of those events, we happened to take a look at the designer label, @shyamal-and-bhumika# collection and I fixed my mind on going for their bridal lehenga for my wedding. They were very professional. I did all my co-ordination over Whatsapp and the measurements they took over skype just came out to be perfect and they kept me posted with the progress of work at every stage.

My wedding day necklace was a polki diamond necklace set and I got it done from a dealer in Jaipur since Jaipur is the best for polki diamonds. I also wore a gold long chain, an antique piece, below the polki diamond necklace and it was purchased from A.Geeri Pai jewellery, Cochin.

My wedding eve lehenga was done by Pooja Shroff. I liked her vibrant colors and designs.

My wedding saree which I had to change later into was purchased from @shree-devi-palace-for-pure-silk#, Coimbatore. They are the best when it comes to Kanchipuram silk sarees. The reason why we went there was both our families had to buy like 40-50 sarees each to gift them to our close circle of relatives and hence its the best place with a lot of variety and exclusivity.

The pink designer blouse I wore with this saree was done by a designer label based in Hyderabad, @mrunalini-rao#.

For my wedding, I used Chelsea Beautique eye-lashes and Nail paints were Essie and Nailstation Paris.

Groom's tuxedo was from Dior Dubai mall and he could not find anything like a perfect V cut from any other label.

The photographer who took care of all our photography and videography needs was @reminiscence-photography#

For pre-wedding functions, decor and lighting were done by @creattio-events-and-weddings#.

For our wedding day, the church decor and venue decor, event management, cake, bouqet, garlands etc, were taken care by Wedding Factory, one of the best I would recommend.

When we had our 1st client meeting with Shana in Dubai, we knew she was the one and we would not have to even give a second thought. She is very creative and professional. We really loved her work ethic and class.

Makeup and hair for both days were done by a Delhi based artist, Mr Hitesh Suneja. I loved his work.

I didn't have to move around much since most of the designers now have online pages. I purchased and did everything over the virtual world. Be it Shyamal and Bhumika or Pooja Shroff or Mrunalini Rao, they all were so flexible.

I used to drinks loads of plain water and herbal water. I used tee tree oil if I got any break outs or pimples. I reduced the use of Tv and mobile phones few days before wedding. I also did minor unroutine yoga.

Since our wedding got over in December and had come back to Dubai we got busy with work. We did not go for a honeymoon yet. We will be planning for one by mid of this year.
